The SISU HARNESS sizes are the minimum and maximum measurements that the products adjust to. If your dog is in between measurements, we recommend ordering the next size up. Please read our Sizing & Fit Guide and measure your dog carefully before placing any order. The size chart is specific to this product only.

Below are a few examples of what sizes our customers wear. Please keep in mind that all dogs are different, and this is just a guide. It's always a good idea to measure your dog for the most accurate fit.

XS (Extra Small) - Maltese, Standard Dachshund, Pug, Pomeranian, Puppy Cocker Spaniel / Cockapoo, Shihtzu, Yorkshire Terrier.

S (Small) - Bichon Frise, Cavapoo, Cockapoo, Coton de tulear, Jack Russell, French Bulldog, Westie.

M (Medium) - Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Cocker Spaniel, Beagle, French Bulldog, Corgi.

L (Large) - Border Collie, Dalmatian, English Bulldog, Husky, Labradoodle, Labrador, Springer Spaniel.

Shipping Methods & Pricing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from the time you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation, and within 48 hours, the tracking information will be available in the same email. We utilize the services of Posti or UPS for all our orders. To track your package, simply click on the Posti or UPS link provided in the dispatch email.

International Customs Tax & Fees

When you make a purchase from Trufois™, you are acknowledging and assuming full responsibility for any applicable import taxes and fees imposed by your local authorities. Before placing an order with us, we strongly advise you to inquire with your local customs authority regarding any import sales taxes, customs duty taxes, or additional fees that may be applicable.

Once your order arrives in your country, it is likely that your local customs authority will notify you, and you may be required to pay customs and sales taxes before receiving your goods. Please note that any customs-related delays or charges that may arise are beyond our control.

Customised, Embroidered, and Printed Products

• Production Time: Customised, embroidered, and printed products are made to order. Please allow 2-7 working days for production before dispatch.
• Shipping Time: Shipping times vary by country and can take 3-8 days. If you have not received your product within 15 days of ordering, please contact us.
• Shipping Costs: These products have different shipping costs depending on your location. We do not ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. Our shipping carriers also have a list of countries where they temporarily do not offer international shipping. This list may change periodically.
• Separate Shipments: If you order customised, embroidered, or printed products along with other non-customised items from Trufois, they will be shipped separately, and separate shipping charges will apply. Customised and embroidered products take longer to deliver.

Shipping Delays 

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs procedures. To obtain the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment, kindly refer to the tracking details provided in your dispatch email or contact the customs authority in your country.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

In case your parcel has not been delivered or arrives in a damaged condition, it is essential to get in touch with the chosen shipping company to file a claim. Remember to keep your proof of postage safe, and if there is damage, hold on to all packaging materials as evidence for potential inspection by the shipping company.

Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. Once the parcel is handed over to the delivery carrier, they are accountable for fulfilling their service agreement. By making a purchase with Trufois, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
